Cole and Dylan Sprouse were guests at Debby Ryan’s Sweet 16 Birthday party sponsored by Popstar. The Suite Life on Deck sweetheart received a ton of gifts and absolutely loved the Coldstone Creamery cake. Fellow Disney stars Cody Linley, Jennifer Stone and David Henrie made a point to seek out Debby and wish her a very happy birthday.
